Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Total time from order to doorstep is usually 4–10 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. Any promotional or discounted shipping offers will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Areas

TheGoodiesHub currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order here at any time.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Ordering for a Specific Date

Many of our goodies are bought as gifts. If you're ordering for a birthday, holiday, or other occasion, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for processing and delivery. If you're working to a tight deadline, email us before ordering and we'll let you know honestly whether it will arrive in time.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or goes missing in transit, contact us and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
